Product Description
SBL-9547 is a hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI); used as a curing agent component for the aqueous two-component polyurethane system. The addition of this product can improve the performance of aqueous two-component polyurethane coatings (e. g. chemical resistance or solvent resistance).

Solubility
SBL-9547 can be diluted with solvents such as esters and ether esters, such as propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA), cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, 100 solvents and their mixture.
In general, this product has a good compatibility with the above solvents. However, the selected solution system must be tested for storage stability.
Dilution curing agent must use polyurethanegrade solvent (up to 0.05% moisture content, without reactive groups such as hydroxyl or aminogroup).
Package And Storage
The packaging specifications of this product are 20kg and 200kg, and other packaging specifications can be agreed.
Please place it in a dark, cool and dry place, the storage temperature should be at 5~30℃, keep the packaging complete, good sealing.
The shelf life is 6 months.
Safety
SBL-9547 contains polyisocyanate and solvents, use should be particularly careful, skin contact with this product, may cause allergic reactions.
