We provide global technical support and remote debugging guidance, customized after-sales solutions for bulk purchase customers, as well as complete product technical documents and certification files to help customers complete local compliance filing quickly.
Q2 Is customization available? What is the minimum order quantity?
A2 We support OEM/ODM customization, including appearance, LOGO, software functions, cable length and more. We provide flexible MOQ solutions for different purchase scales, accepting both small trial orders and large bulk purchases, along with customized packaging, instruction manuals and certification supporting services.
Q3 What is the delivery lead time and logistics method?
A3 We have sufficient stock for regular models, which can be shipped within 7 days. For customized models, production will be completed in 15-30 days according to the order scale. We only support sea freight as the logistics method, and can assist with the full set of foreign trade procedures such as export customs declaration and commodity inspection to ensure safe and on-time delivery.
