Coating process (curing at room temperature):

①Substrate pre-treatment: Wipe and dust the wood surface.

②Inorganic coating

(1) Usage method: Dilute the inorganic paint with water to a suitable concentration and spray/roller/brush it;

Spraying: Spray gun diameter: 1.0~1.2 ㎜, air pressure: 5~6 KGF/CM2;

Roller coating: It is better to use a roller to apply it twice;

Brushing: Use a brush to apply it crosswise twice.

**Usual spraying environment temperature: 10-30℃, humidity below 80% RH

③Coating agent

(1) How to use: spray or wipe with non-woven cloth;

(3) After coating, it can be packaged after 30 minutes of drying.

**After the painting is completed, the spray gun and barrel should be cleaned in time to prevent the equipment from being difficult to clean after the paint dries.

Shelf Life

SBL-075M is sensitive to moisture and must be stored in tightly sealed container.

It can be stored for at least 6 months at temperatures between 5 and 25 °C.
